Now Karen Wants A Publisher

Now that the book my “other self” wrote has finally been officially released and I’m gearing up for my first book signing this coming weekend, I’m starting to turn my mind to other things.  For some time now I’ve been thinking about publishing some of the stories I write as Karen Singer into eBooks so they’ll reach a broader audience.  I want to do this because I feel I’ve written some very good ones including some that you haven’t seen yet that really don’t belong out on Fictionmania.  They’re full length books and so they should be treated as such.

Yes, yes, I know I can self-publish fairly easily through Amazon, but I’d rather have a publisher that can help me with cover creation, editing, pricing, and can distribute to more than just Amazon.  Of course, this eBook publisher would also have to work with my kind of stories.  That’s probably half the battle.  I also can’t afford to pay much at all – if anything!

Believe it or not, I was contacted by such a publisher a long time ago about publishing some of my works, but I had to decline at that time (in other words, I chickened out).  I don’t remember who the publisher was unfortunately, but at least I know there are some out there.

So if anyone has any suggestions for me to look into, please let me know.
